Janet B. MacAulay founded Chrysalis Services in 2006 after a successful 13 20+ year career in permanent and interim Chief Financial Officer roles. The breadth of companies under her leadership range from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups in size and include manufacturing, high-tech, biotech, financial, engineering / construction, pharmaceutical sectors as well as services organizations.
